We will help you plan your event and organize everything you have gathered so far and fill in the gaps. We’ll also execute everything on the day of your event—but sorry, we won’t say the vows for you!

Includes the following:

  • Idea session
  • Unlimited advice and consultations via phone and email
  • Appointment scheduling: We will call and email vendors to set up appointments to meet and discuss your plans and options on Your time.
  • Venue Selection, to include visits and proposal gathering
  • Vendor recommendation, phone calls, emails, negotiations and setting appointments
  • Theme and Décor assistance
  • Menu Planning
  • Budget assistance- Blank Budget worksheet for you to fill in and update as your needs change (You will be responsible for monitoring your budget but we will give you the tools to do so and advice along the way.)
  • Contract review of all contracts and advice on the fine print
  • Assistance with table assignments and seating chart
  • Floor plan drawing of your venue with tables, chairs and auxiliary tables such as your gift table, beverage station, place card, sweet heart or head table etc.
  • Time line creation (We will sit down together and create an hour by hour schedule for the day’s events as well as the day before. The finalized time line will be distributed to vendors and your wedding party.)
  • Ceremony Music to include assistance with choosing songs and meeting with your musician, organist or choir
  • RSVP Service (Once all the guests have responded we will take the “no-answer” guests and help track them down. Contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses to be provided by the bride, groom or family. Email updates and progress reporting about the remaining guests.)
  • Assistance with vendor payments and due dates*Guest Favor Selection, research and presentation of 3 options
  • Ceremony Rehearsal (We will be on hand the evening before your wedding to help direct the rehearsal in conjunction with your officiant)
  • Hotel Welcome bag service
  • Day of Event Services
    • Organization of all the vendors arrival and set up times
    • Wedding Gift transfer – gather all gifts and place them in the designated vehicle
    • Time line management for all parties involved
    • Place card, escort cards, or seating chart assistance, placement and design

If you’ve already got most of the decisions made, this is the plan for you. We’ll offer advice, help you complete your to do list, and make sure everything runs smoothly day of.
